Carpool Chats with Deana Brown: Don't let Request to Produce be OVERWHELMING

Writer's picture: Deana BrownDeana Brown

The Request to Produce can be quiet daunting. At the beginning of the divorce process, your soon to be ex husband's attorney will send your attorney a document requesting 4-5 years of bank account statements, investment account statements, credit card statements, children's savings account statements and much much more. Just because an account has been closed or has a zero balance, they are going to want those too! If you own businesses, this just compounds the amount and complexity of the documentation. Typically there is a 30 day deadline for your attorney to send this documentation to the opposing attorney.

This is where we can be a tremendous help. We have dedicated team members who will walk you step by step and assist you in gathering your documentation. We will track and deliver this documentation directly to your attorney.
